Nevera, congelador, sillones, sofas de dos plazas, sofas de 11 plazas, 30 mesas, lamparas de mesa, 8 mesas de terraza, mezclador para CD, double compact, auriculares, altavoces, bola central de pista, focos colores pista, piano, mesas de mezclar etc. Tiene licencia definitiva de musica de Lunes a Jueves hasta las 6 de la madrugada y jardin disco hasta las 12 de la noche. De viernes a Domingo y fiestas hasta las 7 de la mañana y jardin disco hasta la 1 de la madrugada. El maximo volumen de musica es de 96 db. Tiene permiso para poner 5 gran toldos in frente del disco para formar una terraza con permiso de musica desde las 12 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde. No tiene licencia para cocinar pero se pueden servir tapas y snacks. Hay 2 habitaciones abajo donde hay posibilidad de alojamiento. La calle esta en el presente en construccion pero estara terminada dia 17 Julio 2004. El traspaso tiene duracion de 10 años, el alquiler mensual es de 4000 Euros. Tambien hay que pagar 2 meses de deposito a la Delegacion de la concegeria de economia y hacienda de la Junta de Andalucia en Malaga y 3 meses de deposito y un mes de alquiler por adelantado al propietario.
