Duquesa

Some friends of mine were over on holiday staying at Los Granados just past Duquesa Port and very kindly invited me down for dinner and to stay over. The beauty of this area is that you can either fly into Gibraltar airport or Malaga airport, pick up your car and you are on your way! Los Granados is a beautiful development with lovely modern apartments, this is a gated community with security and video entrances, and right on the beach. There is a lovely garden with central swimming pool where there is a life guard in summer months, and then a gate leading through on to the beach. I had never realised that within 10 minutes you are in Puerto de la Duquesa with the many bars and restaurants here - but a further 10 minutes away on foot you have Sabanillas which is a very spanish area with shops and even more bars and restaurants. This is a great location for holiday makers and I will certainly be visiting the area to try and list some properties on behalf of the Sara Service, so please if you own a property in this area do get in touch with us as we would be happy to meet and discuss. There are many lovley urbanisations and now facilities in the area and am sure this would be a very popular choice for our clients.
