A beautiful villa within a short walk of Puerto Banus has had space converted into the independent bedrooms with bathroom ensuite. The owner would like to rent these rooms for long term (6-11 months) to people she has something in common with - namely Bridge!! If you do know of anyone who this may be of interest to please contact us for more information. The card game of bridge is very popular with British people and although the owner of the property is a French lady who has been living in spain for many years, she also speaks English. The accomodation would include bed + half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) and use of all the communal areas of the villa - huge private garden and swimming pool. The main bus stop is just outside the gates of the villa and the property is very secure, obvioulsy the owner would prefer a mature person/people and someone who was interested in playing bridge 2 or 3 times a week.
