The Sara Service has released the first glimpse of a new guide to renting a property in Spain on the website, www.thesaraservice.com. The guide, in its complete format, will offer a comprehensive how-to on the ins and outs of letting a property both short and long term on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Currently, the guide is under development, and only the first few chapters have been released to serve as a preview to the renting guide in its entirety. However already the guide is beginning to take shape with over 15 chapters currently in progress and another 20-odd chapters planned for the immediate future.

Speaking on behalf of TheSaraService.com, managing partner Sorrel Lewis said "We believe that one of the features that will set this guide apart from the many guides already out there is that it will be a living entity in that agents and customers will be able to add to the guide via comments and correction/suggestion submissions. This will allow the guide to grow over time and to reflect the real world by way of updates from real-world people involved in the real estate and lettings industry."

Ms Lewis went on to say that the company envisages the delivery of the guide in its entirety no later than the end of March 2010. "With the current economic climate beginning to improve, if only slightly, we feel that the surge of interest that is headed Spain's way through 2010 and beyond, will need a centralised and comprehensive resource for all customer and potential agents looking to rent long term in Spain."
