Spanish House Prices Comparable to 2005

Spanish house prices today are comparable to that of 2005 – New data proves that NOW is a good time to buy in Spain!

A comprehensive report into the price of Spanish real estate has been released today by the company IMIE (Indice De Mercados Inmobiliarios) a registered company of Tinsa Consultoria.

The bi-lingual report comes complete with a supplement outlining its analysis with a detailed view on its findings; a definitive tool for analysing the evolution of the Spanish property market.

As well as providing valuable for investment analysis the report also references Spanish rental property transactions, identifies market trends and compares the evolution of the Spanish housing industry to that of other business sectors.

According to the report which looks at and analyses data from 2001 to the end of 2010 shows that prices of property in Spain have reduced by a massive 3.9% in this last year making the prices of Spanish property today on par with that of prices in September 2005. This will come as interesting news for those who have been waiting for the right time to again starting buying property in Spain.
