Gorgeous two bedroom apartment with stunning med views for long term let, situated in the popular Las Colinas development in Calahonda, just half way up the hill and still well within walking distance of the strip with its many amenities, bars and restaurants and good transport links including a Fuengirola and Marbella bus stop and taxi rank. There is also a shuttle bus that runs up and down the hill if you don’t fancy the 5 minute walk back up...or down for that matter! If you drive you have easy access to the AP7 Toll road and the N340 Motorway and although there is no private parking space provided there is plenty of off-road parking both at the front of the apartment block and on the adjacent street.
The Calahonda apartment is beautifully decorated with good quality furniture throughout and two bathrooms that have been newly fitted to a high standard; the on suite has a sunken bath and the guest bathroom is a wetroom with a good shower. Sky television is ready to go with dish and box, there is hot and cold air conditioning. The lounge/diner comes complete with a plasma television and a large L shaped sofa and dining for four. Perhaps the best thing about this apartment (and what sold it for the owners) is the fantastic panoramic views that look over the pool and Calahonda and out to the Mediterranean. You really have to stand there and appreciate it as the pictures do not do it justice!
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom has its own Balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional with arc that opens into the lounge/diner. The pool and garden area in Las Colinas de Calahonda are well known for being lovely and when you view it you will see why; they are well kept with a great garden and BBQ area, great size pool and separated kids section, but the best treat (second to the view!) is the heated indoor swimming pool for year-round swimming.
