La Heredia is located approximately 3 kilometres inland from San Pedro. It lies on the road between San Pedro and Ronda, at the foot of the Sierra Blanca Mountains. Yet it is close enough to enjoy the lively activities on offer in the likes of Marbella and Puerto Banus. It is well situated with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The properties are laid out in a Spanish Pueblo style, and there is a small commercial centre with a Dutch supermarket, a lovely restaurant called La Casita, and a small friendly bar. You have various routes you can take down to the main N340 road, also up to the lovely mountain town of Benahavis.
There are two communal pools in the development for the use of residents. It is also superbly close to several beaches and for the nature lovers a great location as it is ideal for walking, hiking or mountain biking. San Pedro with its thriving centre of bars, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes away. A short journey will take you to the thriving resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus, where there are beaches, parks and quaint squares to sit and watch the world go by. A few minutes’ drive from La Heredia is the entrance to Monte Halcones which is located in La Quinta, where you will also find bars and restaurants, and a supermarket.
