This gated community is set in luscious communal gardens in the area known as Guadalmansa Playa. This is approximately half way between San Pedro and Estepona (New Golden Mile) so there is easy access from both Malaga and Gibraltar Airports and is on the beach side of the main carreterra.

This is a very popular location and an up and coming area with new locals opening all the time – from here it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, making this a great choice for holiday rental or permanent living. There are a few bars/restaurants within a short walk, a beauty salon and hairdressers and also a small supermarket available.
Properties here would be a great investment as they do rent well and we have clients waiting for something to come available here. For holiday rental – ideal due to the proximity to the beach, also Selwo Safari park is a few minutes further down the main road by car – Estepona Port a short drive and Puerto Banus and Marbella within 10-20 minutes’ drive.
