Rio Verde Playa is in a fantastic location, a few minutes’ walk to the beach at Puerto Banus, under 10 minutes’ walk into the Port and shopping centre itself. You are also minutes from the main road into Marbella centre – and for the energetic you can stroll along the Paseo to Marbella in approximately one hour (depending on walking speed!!) Just across from these houses is the ‘new red bridge’ leading across to Puerto Banus.
Rio Verde is a celebrated address due to its location near to the beach and Puerto Banus centre and marina. The townhouses all appear similar from the outside but have all been decorated to individual owner’s tastes and can be stunning inside.
There is a new and popular chiringuito (beach restaurant) at the bottom of the road, the Golden Mile is just around the corner, and the promenade leading to Marbella or San Pedro is just at the end of the road too.
You can walk to the shops of Puerto Banus easily, a great location if you do not want to be reliant on a car all the time. The properties all have a gated entrance, driveway (although there is plenty of parking opposite the properties), private gardens – front and rear, and use of the communal pool near to the beach.
